Aldo solves the governance and leadership problems that boards and chief executives find hardest to address from the inside. His value to clients comes from more than two decades of CEO-level experience across not-for-profit, public safety, local government, and corporate sectors, combined with his current role as an elected local government councillor and statutory panel member appointed by the Governor of Tasmania.
He is the person you call when you need a CEO performance review that will actually change something, a governance framework that will hold up under scrutiny, or a strategic planning process that produces a plan people will follow. He holds an AICD membership, a B.Sc (Hons) in Psychology, and a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
